Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 25(L&C), thus adopting CSHCR 25(L&C) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHCR 25(L&C)?"
